2. Shipping Structure (How Orders Are Fulfilled)
To optimize delivery speed and inventory availability, orders may be fulfilled from multiple warehouses or logistics partners.
As a result, items within the same order may ship separately and arrive at different times.

8. Shipping Carriers
We use multiple carriers depending on product size and destination, including:

- Freight / LTL partners (for oversized rugs)
9. Freight / Oversized Deliveries
Large rug orders may be shipped via freight (LTL) carriers.
- Delivery appointments may be required
- Signature may be required upon delivery
- Customer must ensure availability for receipt
10. Shipping Address Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
11. Risk of Loss
All orders are shipped under a shipment contract. Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the carrier marks the order as shipped or delivered, depending on carrier confirmation.
12. Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
If a package appears missing, customers must first contact the carrier and check delivery surroundings before reaching out to our support team.
13. Damaged Packages
Any shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos or video evidence.
Approved claims may result in replacement, refund, or store credit at our discretion.
14. Undeliverable Packages
Packages returned due to incorrect address, refusal, or failed delivery attempts may incur return shipping fees and reshipment costs.
15. Order Changes & Cancellation
Orders may only be modified or canceled before they enter processing. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled and must follow the Return & Refund Policy.
